Dark amber color. Aromas and flavors of banana cream pie with graham cracker crust, warm vanilla pudding and tapioca, chocolate peanut bar, and yeasty soda raisin bread with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, relaxed finish revealing touches of mace and brown spices and cedar. A dry, lightly spicy and reserved aged Rum for cocktails or cigars.
