Aromas and flavors of lemon oils, red apple and clove, black plum and figs, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and and clove with a round, bright, dry medium body and a delightful, medium-length finish displaying notes of caramel cream and toffee, chocolate covered orange peel, raspberry syrup on a s’more, and wood spice and pepper. Good enough to sip alone but has a tinge of spice and heat that will showcase agreeably in classic cocktails.
