Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of toasted bread, smoke, and damp earth, mushroom, umami characteristics, fruit wood smoke, and banana and cedar with a velvety, dry medium body and a long finish revealing notes of marsala deglazed shitakes and dried and candied dates. A good quality, fruity, earthy, and savory example of American Single Malt.
