Opaque slivery straw color. Aromas and flavors of golden raisins, cantaloupe and green apple, sage, thyme, parsley, oregano, and mint, and under ripe peach with a satiny, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-length finish with accents of dried white flowers and potpourri, bitter herbs, green apple, and pear, dried and cured meats, grapefruit pith, and umami and parmesan cheese rind. A premium dry Vermouth that can stand alone or play well in cocktails; an excellent example of what you need it to be.

Wine Specialty is a category for higher alcohol wine based on aperitifs with a variety of flavorings that are sold in the spirits channel, but are not traditional fortified wines. This includes fruit aperitifs from Poland at 36 proof made from cherry and peach; Pineau des Charentes, a French aperitif made from wine grapes and Cognac eau-de-vie, and spiced dessert wine, made from herbs steeped in sweet wine. These specialty wines can have multiple purposes, be it drinking on their own, use in cocktails or even in cooking.
