Tasted as a Margarita cocktail. Gold color. Savory aromas and flavors of grilled lemons and masa, hardwood briquets, chestnut honey with cinnamon, and dates and yams with a supple, bright, fruity sweet medium body and a tingling, delightful, long finish displaying suggestions of smoked jalapeño and salted and pickled watermelon rind. Tasted as a Margarita cocktail, although unusual on its own, this mixer adds interesting smoked wood and pepper notes to mix and makes an intriguing smoky Margarita.
