Clear color. Aromas and flavors of black pepper, cedar and green pepper, rosemary, herbs and cinnamon, and citrus water with a supple, dry thin body and a tingling, charming, medium-length finish with accents of cucumber and bell pepper, lemon zest, cinnamon, and black pepper. An extremely light, ephemeral green and herbal substitute for sober cocktailing.
