Light pink coral color. Aromas and flavors of thyme and sage, spearmint and rosemary, and lemon with a silky, crisp, spritzy, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish that shows nuances of juniper, raspberry and lemon tonic, and pink grapefruit and lavender candy. A pleasingly approachable, slightly sweet version of a Gin and Tonic with a lemon twist.
