The spirits industry in New Zealand is a modest one, producing several types of vodka (flavored and unflavored) along with a local take on such beverages as cream liqueur, limoncello and several others. Quality especially on a few examples of limoncello is excellent, as these products offer intense lemon character along with distinct spiciness.
There are also ready made cocktails that are produced, such as Margarita as well as various fruit daiquiris.
