Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of butter and starch and beeswax with a round, dryish medium body and an appealing, medium-length finish with accents of bruised pear, mashed potato, and canned garbanzo beans. Thanksgiving turkey gravy and potatoes. Somehow sulfuric and oxidized at the same time.
