Light dark garnet color. Aromas and flavors of baked black cherry, cranberry strawberry chutney, red beet salad with herbs, and white wine vinegar with a satiny, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish evoking notes of baked cherry cheesecake, black tea, strawberry and cranberry chutney, and dying roses. Very typical Marquette but well crafted to be a little lighter in style; a lovely summer patio sipper.
