Silvery amber color. Aromas of yeasty pizza dough, hint of roasted berries, mossy earth, and oiled engine with a satiny, bright, dry medium body and a graceful, breezy yellow apple and nougat finish with no oak flavor. A very dry, earthy, somewhat funky rose for the table.
