Steely orange color. Aromas and flavors of raspberries with whipped cream, cherry soufflé and shrub, cajeta with roasted almonds, and berry doughnut with a silky, soft, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, interesting, medium-length finish that shows nuances of grilled berries and cherries, watermelon granita, touch of smoked paprika, and pie crust with fine, fruit tannins. A pleasingly dry and restrained Rosé with a lovely, lingering watermelon note and a deft touch of smoke.

Portuguese Rose
The most famous rosé wines are Vinho Verde, produced from the far northern region of the Minho province. Made from Espadeiro and Padeiro grapes, these are light wines with flavors of cranberry, apple and strawberry, range from off-dry to medium swwet and are meant to be enjoyed within one or two years, either sipped on their own or with light salads.
