Ruby black color. Aromas and flavors of meaty pasta sauce, smoked bison and bacon jerkys, blueberry cobbler, and eucalyptus incense with a supple, bright, moderately sweet medium body and a smooth, odd, medium-long finish with suggestions of berry lozenge, smoked nuts, and goji berries with well-integrated, crunchy tannins and moderate oak flavor. A curious smoky, meaty and fruity wine for adventuresome pairings.

Flavored wine is a category of specialty wine products that have added flavors and/or colors. Examples run the gamut from watermelon-flavored Rose to chocolate-flavored Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines are typically sweet, light-hearted products meant for un-fussy enjoyment.
