Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of lactose, sweaty socks, burning bike tire, and fermented jalapeño with a lean, tangy, dry watery body and a smooth, refreshing, endless finish with notes of jalapeño rice wine vinegar, spoiled arugala, compost heap, and old limes. Ammonia and a bacterial infection with some bad yeast strain perhaps? Not sure as an NA product but something went very wrong here.
