White Hybrid Blend is a category that includes white wines made from two or more hybrid grapes; there wines comes from states such as Wisconsin, Missouri, New York State and Virginia. Grapes include Vignoles, Seyval Blanc and Traminette; the wines tender to be on the lighter side and should be enjoyed young. Food pairings depend on the dryness of the wine; picnic salads and lighter seafood are good choices.
