Aromas and flavors of dehydrated apricot, tangerine, canned pineapple juice, and dried white flowers with a satiny, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, distinctive, medium-length finish manifesting overtones of lemon sorbet, dried mango, and orange marzipan. Fruity with good acidity and hints of minerality, this is a perfect companion for seafood paella.
