Reddish amber color. Odd, baked aromas of baked apple, nutmeg, orange oil, and geranium with a lightly tannic, shy, dry thin body and an effortless, peculiar, short scorched earth, ice tea, walnut skin, and dried flowers finish with dusty tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. A wine for the adventurous drinker; guaranteed you have never tasted a wine like this before.

Specialty Wine

Generally, wine that contains or is treated with flavoring and/or coloring materials and/or treating materials or processes that the TTB regulations do not authorize for standard wines. This can include wines made from grapes, fruit (apples, blueberries etc.), vegetables, flowers and even herbs. It can also include wines that are composed of wine, grape must, water, sugar, and flavorings. These wines are typically consumed when young, within three months to two years and generally do not benefit or improve from bottle aging.
