Light yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of bruised yellow apple, honey comb and orange blossom honey, pineapple whip, and vanilla sponge cake with a velvety, bright, dryish medium body and a tingling, amusing, medium-length finish with shades of grilled pineapple, pear skin, lemon curd and tarragon, and mango flavored beeswax. Rich texture and pronounced orchard fruit notes make this a lovely example of Sylvaner from the Pacific coast.
