Opaque steely purple color. Herbal, citrusy aromas and flavors of lemon powder, mushroom melange, white peppercorn and Schmaltz, and pine with a silky, tangy, fruity full body and a tingling, complex, very long finish with notes of fruit punch, wheat grass and dandelion tea, and raw mushrooms. A somewhat challenging fruity yet bitter elixir reminiscent of Italian aperitifs and digestivos that will appeal to fans of bitter flavors; must serve with ice or with other beverages, especially soda water.
