Clear light gold color. Fruity, inviting, attractive aromas and flavors of marzipan and vanilla cream, buttered croissant and honey, and toasted marshmallow and pineapple with a silky, flat, dry light body and a peppery, breezy finish conveying suggestions of mesquite, frosted flakes in milk, and wheat bread. This Whiskey offers up vanilla cream with hints of spice; would be a nice backbone for cocktails.
