Clear color. Earthy aromas and flavors of corn husk, cornbread dough, and raisin bran box with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, engaging, medium-long finish displaying notes of nut skins, creamed corn with white pepper, and honey bran muffin. A clean, grain forward moonshine with a nice creamy corn character that will cut through in cocktails.

Moonshine Whiskey (a.k.a. white lightning, Corn likker, or white dog) is distilled from a varied mix of corn and sugar and is aged in Mason jars and jugs for the length of time that it takes the customers to get home, or the Dukes of Hazzard to make a delivery in the General Lee.
