Straw color. Grassy, savory, minerally aromas of wet straw/ hay, roasted hazelnut, potting soil, candied plums, dates, figs, yellow flowers, lychee, clove, popcorn, anise, figs, and eggo waffles with a medium body and a medium fresh cream, grass clippings, eucalyptus oil, ground pepper, and dry oregano finish. A warming, solid example of a reposado.
