Aromas and flavors of yellow apple, buttered biscuit, lemongrass, and cinnamon apple sauce with a satiny, crisp, spritzy, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long finish with elements of yellow apple, apple sauce with cinnamon, white flower potpourri, and toasted grains. A beautifully balanced tawny Cider with a fun, funky edge; truly a journey in the glass as the flavor evolves.
